Sponsor Benefits:
In exchange for providing sponsorship as indicated above, Sponsor will receive:
- Corporate
link on Team Wild Mama web site which is also linked to the Air Race Classic web site. A corporate logo submitted in .jpg
format to be provided by Sponsor will be included.
- Advertising decal logo (no larger than 8” squared,
to be provided by Sponsor) on Team Wild Mama aircraft, N614WM,
to be displayed during all times when the aircraft is parked throughout the racing event, enroute to the event and to home
base
- Recognition of the sponsorship level on the Team Wild Mama web site
- Platinum Corporate Sponsors
of $1,000 or more will include corporate name embroidered on one (1) set of racing jerseys. NOTE: Only
6 are available and will be done on a first come, first serve basis, and must be in by April 1, 2008.
- Certificate
of Appreciation
Hold Harmless: All parties acknowledge that Team Wild Mama
will be participating in the 2008 Air Race Classic and that air racing carries certain associated risks. The parties further
recognize that the Sponsor is providing said sponsorship in exchange for advertising benefits ONLY and in no way is responsible
for the operation, maintenance or safety of the aircraft or its pilots. Team Wild Mama shall hold Sponsor harmless
for any acts, actions, omissions or mishaps which might occur during the course of the racing event. Further, Sponsor fully
understands that Team Wild Mama has made no representations, either in an oral or written manner, expressed or implied
to the Sponsor other than those as contained in this agreement and Sponsor shall hold Team Wild Mama harmless for
any acts, actions, omissions or mishaps which might occur during the course of the racing event and on account of this sponsorship.
